  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Availability: Orders of $50 or more
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This extended window accommodates deployment schedules and international shipping times for our global military customers.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • No alterations or customization
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom embroidered items (Air Force Name Tapes, custom badges)
  • Personalized uniform components with rank or branch specifications
  • Opened accessory packages where original seal is broken
  • Special order items with specific measurements

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Items: Securely package the items with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside

  5. Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we receive and process your return

Refund Timeline and Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection and approval
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Clearly specify the desired exchange item in your return request

International Returns

For our global military customers (excluding restricted Asian countries and remote regions):
